Texas father beats man to death after catching him molesting his 4-year-old daughter in a horse barn. Is that the only sure-fire way to "rehabilitate" child molesters?

Carried him around the town in a basket, amid the cheering crowd. Next Sunday, on Father's Day, the whole community will turn out for a parade in his honor.

can't say i blame him. Only way I would want the molester to got to jail if it was guaranteed that he would be put in GEN POP with the most well endowed inmates given a steady supply of Viagra

There is a plan down in Florida for just such as happening for a guy named Zimmerman. Pfizer company has already shipped the Viagra to Talahassee
Regional Facility where he is presently housed. Scenes will be recorded
    and posted on Facebook.

bc he wont do it again, nor will my tax dollars go to support him while in prison if he were alive, nor will my tax dollars go to pay for his court proceedings....my daddy always said, "justifiable homicide is a fiable defense".... if we did this more often, im sure there would be less over crowding in our prisons

This is the only way to get the message across to those who just think about doing such a hideous thing to a child.

A child molester is worse than a rabid animal, they are evil and should be put down like any rabid animal. it is the safest thing for the children, it save the tax payer tons of money and we won't have to ever worry about them doing it again......

It's better actually, because if it's a citizen and you're innocent, you can fight back without having the book thrown at you.

Serving justice is not the job of a private citizen. That is for the court. There is absolutely no point in beating someone, regardless of the reason.

I wonder if you would consider your role in society had you happened upon your 4 year old being molested. You would undoubtedly have gotten a video camera to document the event and demand the molester cease then called the authorities.

Oh, let me tell you how wrong you are. I can think of a dozen reasons for beating someone, all of them "good reasons". Molesting a child is right up there near the top of the list.

In the same manner we reward good behavior and positive achievements by giving children compliments and treats, and adults a salary increase or bonus, maybe a personal recognition, beating the living crap out of a pervert can record on the brain a message that the sick behavior is rewarded with a "near death" experience of great pain and bruises, perhaps broken bones. Do it long enough and one can save the community the trouble and expense of all the legal stuff, the trial, the years of confinement, and then, the fear the pervert will be released and harm another child. This father is congratulated for getting the job done in one step and saving all the agonies of Court, Prison, and all the rest.

If I caught someone "molesting" one of my grandchildren or greatgrandchildren... they would be praying for the cops to find them and save them before I dispatched them to Hell in a handbasket missing their gonads and other sundry parts.

And I seriously doubt you could find a jury to convict me even if I owned up to the deed.....

Large caliber firearm, aimed at midsection of body, center of mass shot, Oooops, I slipped my aim dropped low....bullet struck groin and shock factor destroyed all within 6 inches of point of impact. You could call it...a fast sex change operation without anesthesia, actually "neutered" and would now be called a "eunuch"...

I have no problems with the justice system, though I think its corrupt and favors those with power, money and influence.......

Frankly, if I actually caught a man, or a woman sexually assaulting or sexually abusing one of my grandchildren or greatgrandchildren... I would not be overly concerned with a fair trial. I am capable of being quite objective..... I would give them a choice between being neutered and made blind, deaf and mute....or going for a ride to the middle grounds of the Gulf of Mexico and dropped overboard with no less than 200 lbs of concrete attached to his or her feet....

Vigilante....yes, maybe, but am I concerned that I would get caught? Not really....but I rather doubt it. And the kid would be safe.

I would not be operating on suspicion or supposition...but on my own eyewitness.

I guess I could also run him or her thru a limb shredder and use them for chum.....

I am quite well aware of the Constitution, however if a pedophile has molested one of my minor family members then he has denied the child his or her Rights, and abrogated their own.

    Frankly....I could give less than a "tinker's damn" about a pedophile's "rights"....
  • Sayer S... RobHom 2012/06/17 04:50:03

If you are ok with violating somebody's rights, you should be ok with somebody violating yours. There are some basic human rights that apply to everyone.

I never said I was OK with violating anyone's rights.... But you can "try" to violate mine, and pay the price for stupidity.

    The pedophile certainly wasn't concerned.

Yes you have. "Frankly, if I actually caught a man, or a woman sexually assaulting or sexually abusing one of my grandchildren or greatgrandchildren... I would not be overly concerned with a fair trial." You apparently are ok with violating somebody's right to a fair trial.

    RobHom
I said I would not be overly concerned with a fair trial.... And my reason for that was because the pedophile did, in my mind, by molesting and violating a child, surrender his rights..... You dance around in circles all you want, but I have already told you: 1, I didn't give a tinker's damn about a pedophile's rights, and 2.

What part of 1 or 2 is too difficult for you to understand?

Please state where in the constitution it says that by committing a crime you lose your right to a fair trial.
  • RobHom Sayer S... 2012/06/18 11:50:49
    RobHom
I never said it did. I was expressing MY opinion.

It is my opinion that: If you are willing to do the crime, then you are willing to do the time or endure the punishment.

Besides, I am a lifelong Florida Resident, and if I came upon a pedophile attacking/molesting a child, under our laws I would be able to use force, up to and including "deadly force" to prevent further injury and possible death to the child.

We've had more than just a couple of children murdered by pedophiles, and under the SYG laws....one can do what is necessary to protect the child.

Besides....I think the biggest problem left after dispatching a pedophile to Hell...would be finding a jury of 12 to convict the pedophile's killer.

    Are you a NAMBLA supporter?
  • Sayer S... RobHom 2012/06/19 03:21:26

In no way am I defending pedophiles and what they do, but there are certain rights that apply to everybody, including the right to a fair trial. It is not the job of a private citizen to enforce the law.

I see, so then if you come upon someone physically attacking and molesting a child....your only concern is that they get a "fair trial". Hmmm, and the rights of the victim are nil.... Got it.

You are aware that by giving a pedophile a "fair trial" you are merely throwing money into a black hole...unless you convict for life or a death sentence.
    Pedophiles CANNOT be rehabilitated.

Google "pedophile killers Florida".... you will find that in almost every case...the pedophile was a multiple repeat offender.

Florida though, has come up with a nifty solution:
    http://archive.flsenate.gov/s...

And it seems that many other states have passed Civil Confinement laws as well......
