If any users of any type of review site I have a question...
I recently left quite a scathing review of my former internet provider because of how one of their worker's treated my step-father not once but twice, I did this over a week ago.
Today I received a call from the internet company saying that they had received a notice I had posted a negative review even though I never posted my real name or my home phone number, and they way that they contacted me is against the review site's Terms of Use for Business Owners.
What should I do?

Will do, I read through the legal mumbo jumbo on their website & it doesn't say anywhere that it is punishable by harassment to post a negative review...its kind of sad that they reacted like this to the truth.reply
