It takes more faith to believe that there isn't a God then believing that there is. So if someone is an Atheist that awesome at least they have faith but that faith isn't doing them any good. When they are in hell they will realize that there belief was wrong. I'm not hating on them... I actually feel very very sorry for them and I want to show them the power and love my God and savior Jesus Christ!
Well... I know lots of stuff. I thought maybe you had specific questions to help narrow it down.
There's two basic flavors, strong/positive and weak/negative. Strong or positive atheism is the assertion that there absolutely can be no deities. Weak or negative atheism is the belief that there's no need to posit deities. To most theists that may seem a subtle distinction, but the difference lies in the rationale. Positive atheists essentially wind up in the same predicament as theists in that they have a burden of proof or an appeal to faith. Negative atheists are a step closer to agnostics, but there is an added claim that no deity is the null hypothesis. The negative atheist believes an explanation of reality doesn't require any deity and by Ockham's razor would leave it at that.
There is nothing to know. There is merely nothing. We are worm food. They are no closer to the truth than anyone, and no one will know till the end, and if they are correct, there is nothing to know.
They apparently believe there is no heaven or no hell. Just imagine! That is cool with me. To each their own. Hopefully they believe the same and are reasonable with those that do believe there is a higher power.
Interesting... a hate filled attack on someone being accused of being hateful!
The first part is right (professes no belief in gods or religion) but the second half sounds more like the rants and ravings that come from religious people!
I didn't ask ask if you believed, I want to know if you have any knowledge of the religion. If I wanted to know if you believed I would have asked you ;)

How's that for a start?
Thanks
