A teacher at Eustis Middle School in Florida resigned this week after the school launched an investigation into how she handled a student's "boobage" -- that is to say, how she apparently handled a student's excessive cleavage. According to the Orlando Sentinel, 53-year-old Joan Bannister pointed out a student's cleavage in class on January 30 and proceeded to measure it, eliciting a complaint from the student.
Bannister admitted to addressing the issue in the middle of class and measuring the "boobage," but denied using that word and claims she never touched the student. The district recommended a five-day unpaid suspension, but Bannister requested a hearing. On further consideration, she resigned prior to the hearing, which was scheduled for April 2. Do you think the teacher did anything wrong, or were her actions over said "cleavage" acceptable?

in my school there are no dress codes but one ass*** of a teacher still insists.
OMG WHO THE F*** CARES!!!!!
So yes, just because it's embarrassing and uncomfortable doesn't make it unnecessary. If anything, they won't to do it again.
