The healthcare law IS constitutional and it should have NEVER made to the SCOTUS.

Now I see why they are trying to get rid of birthright citizenship. They hate it that black people got the same rights as white men regarding citizenship & now they're trying to deny it to people of Hispanic descent.
No wonder so many still speak ill of Civil Rights legislation (especially Ron & Rand Paul). We know what it really boils down to & it ain't "private property" either.

I don't want to pay for others healthcare cost. So they either buy it or pay the penalty..

So it appears you are incorrect with your statement that there are other areas that are a bigger black hole for cash... There are not.
And while the money we spent on Defense nets us the title as most powerful nation in the world, the money we spend on Healthcare nets us the title of 46th in effectiveness world wide.
We still spend more than any other nation on earth in both depts.
Are you suggesting as a fiscal conservative we should abandon our necessary interests throughout the world, as you're suggesting we should ignore our healthcare interests here at home?

And im sorry but MassHealth a smaller version with some differing
provisions , has survived to this point more on federal funding, at last check it had covered roughly 97% (great!) But it didnt lower costs (not great). thus a fiscal issue to the state.. it just doesnt work soundly. Should the system be fixed yes.. do I have the answer .. no.. do I think this is the answer No.. and do I think taking action simply to take action is right..no.
