Tax Question: If my S-Corp made $0, do i have to pay taxes on it?

My S-Corp made no money (didn't try to. I started it for a school project) this past year or the year before. My Turbo Tax form says that my Form 100ES indicates that I owe an estimated $800 for 2009 due by 12/15/09. Am I supposed to pay it even though I didn't make any revenue?
