Taliban soldier who boasts of killing 30 NATO soldiers is allowed to live in UK. Is this right?

A former Taliban soldier who says he has killed 30 NATO troops with a rifle and pistol has been allowed to remain in Britain citing Human Rights laws. His lawyers argue that if he is deported back to Afghanistan, he would be killed. Should he be allowed to stay in Britain?

If US and British forces can go over there and rape, kill and torture thousands of innocent people and then continue their life as normal, then why can't this man?

I agree completely, only difference is, boasting of killing american soldiers while living IN America is still saying something about where his alliences are...
I dont believe we should be over there period! 1- because we are doing nothing but policing those people and causing aggression between the countries 2- we cant afford it!
