We always knew the Greyhound Bus was shady.

Ron Hirsch, the alleged bomber of a Santa Monica, Calif., synagogue, apparently had no problem getting on a Greyhound just shortly after the explosion at Chabad House last Thursday.

According to a statement by the FBI, Hirsch, 60, is expected to arrive in New York on Sunday and is considered to be "extremely dangerous."

Yikes.

Does this make you think twice about riding a Greyhound bus yourself?

I haven't rode the Greyhound Bus, the transit bus, the train, and airplane in years. I drive my own car just about everywhere I go. But, really we have some very sick/crazy people in society today more then ever. You just have to be very careful because bad things can happen anywhere.

These terrorist must be stopped. They are everywhere in this country. Some are living next door to you and you don't even know it, and some of you know it, but are too afraid to call the police for fear of reprisal. It's time Americans start standing up to these home grown terrorist and fight back.

You would have to pay me a bunch of money to get me on a Greyhound bus. The last time I rode one I was 18 and it was horrible experience. It took forever to get from Texas to Illinois. I would rather walk, it would probably be quicker.

Nah, I haven't taken Greyhound, Trailways or any other bus line since I was in college. When I did, I travelled armed and wasn't worried.

You can't blame the company for the people who ride on their bus.
I've seen alot of arrest made at a greyhound station .most of them have security at the station's and the driver's do look for suspicous passenger's to report.
But you can't ask Driver's to put their live's on the line's or in danger their passenger's with Heroic's
It's not their fault this world is turning into Hell!

My issue with flying is the TSA....not terrorists. Get the TSA involved with bus transportation and there will be one less way for us to travel freely.

the buses have always had shady characters hanging arounf them, but most of it is due to buses being the cheapest mode of transportation for them

Its been reported he is a transit that is mad at the synagogues for not giving hoim enough help. There is a difference between a terroist and someone who is just pi$$ed off. Get a grip.

not really ... most of the so-called "terrorists" we decry are simply ALSO pissed off... pissed at occupation & humiliation just to name a couple.

I spend close to five hours a day on a Trailways bus commuting in and out of NYC. For the most part, it is okay. I like it better than the train. The seats are more comfortable and usually its quieter. However, several times a week there is always that ONE rider who has to make everyone's life miserable.

Have you looked at some of the kooks in the airport? I drive myself now pretty much anywhere I need to be. Back in the day, I used to ride Greyhound and Trailways a good bit - that was when you didn't have to worry too much about your fellow passengers being nut jobs - and some of the trips where quite comfortable and the conversation made the time fly by.

If and when we find out who did this stupid bombing, he or she should have a fair trial and when found guilty, tak he or her out in the back parking lot and put a bullet in his or her stupid head.

Don't talk to starngers. Works REALLY well on greyhound. I have traveled by bus many times. It sucks. But that is jsut because of the trip itself, not becaus eof worry over the other passengers. I feel safer on greyhound than flying now days. Never seen a bus fall out of the sky. Never seen a hijacker get on a bus. Carry concealed and mind your own business and it is all good!

Why don't they simply apprehend him on the bus if he's 1) so dang dangerous and 2) they know where he's going. And how do they know he got on a bus anyway?

Keep on thinking inside your narrow little box, "Tea Party" kicked Lib and Dem butt last election, and are set to do it again..when will you Libtards get the picture that "We the People" have had enough of your B.S., and are ready to take this country back and set it on the right course again? How is your "Hope and Change" going for you? Your Obama "fixed" enough for you yet? This is the worst president this country has ever had, and attitudes like yours have not done anything towards helping the situation out. The Dems and Libs have lied along with Obama, and set this country up for a fall. Well, get this, if it does start to fall, thanks to you, Tea Party members, Conservatives, and Constitutionalists will be there to fix it!
