I would suggest more farming of the unlimited supply of methane in the oceans, doesnt have to be at the poles, methane escapes off the coast of claifornia in large areas. Ocean floor collection could get massive amounts of energy, without much affect on sea life. yes there is a co2 output, but its way less than oil, and its 10 times less harmfull than pure methane escaping into the atmosphere.

actually if they attached hoses to peoples behinds they could pay people to eat chili and beans all day, then capture a surplus of methane.

I do not think they are starting to bail out on Obama praise. However, even a blind pig in the forest finds a nut once in a while.
