Prenatal testing can only identify wheter a pregancy is postive for a downs syndrome baby, but IT CAN NOT PREVENT the child from being affected, therefore, it DOES NOT and SHOULD NOT be considered preventive care. Bristol's mama should peddle her LIES to an undeducated audience who will believe whatever the hell she says. STUPID!!

Sorry you're sick, but Romneycare can help you. None of that has anything to do with the fact that prenatal testing can't prevent downs syndrome, therefore IT IS NOT preventive care.
