This whole thing is kind of silly. Look even if they found out he's not an American at this point, its too late. If we through Obama out of office for a reason like that, there would be riots and anarchy in the streets. If there was a doubt, that should have been straitened out years ago.

Legally they really had no choice but to refuse the case because there are you know rules about having evidence and stuff birthers don't care about.

It should be heard even if it's dismissed just so they can't claim the court was ordered to avoid this issue (which would be a load of crap anyway). Sadly that implies at least some legitimacy to their claims.

Obama's citizenship and birth records have been settled issues for months now. The Supreme Court has better things to do than entertain conspiracy theorists.

The birther claims are ridiculous. Why would they waste their time, or even give the claims the credence of agreeing to hear them.

Perhaps the USSC could hear claims of any "birthers" who dare to profess to being sane? These are people seriously delusioned by their own head voices and the propaganda of their media, such as Glenn Beck and Fox network. Notwithstanding the propaganda, those with functional mental capacities should have long ago realized they were being used by RWNJs to make nonsensical allegations. Didn't they already hear their claim? With all of that proof that's coming in about Obama is American an they STILL don't believe it?
