Supreme Court Decision 'Baffling'?

~ The Rebel ~ 2012/06/28 17:32:24
“The justification to uphold the individual mandate while simultaneously
admitting it is unconstitutional under the Commerce Clause is baffling,” said
Dean Clancy, vice president of healthcare policy for FreedomWorks. “If a law
violates the Constitution of the United States, it’s unconstitutional. Any other
decision is an act of shameless judicial activism.

“The president promised us in multiple interviews that the healthcare law
was not a tax, and here we are today, on the steps of the Supreme Court
building, told in a highly partisan vote that the healthcare law was upheld as a
series of taxes,” he said. “The historical, legal. and political significance of
today’s decision is troubling.”

The Democrats say it is not a tax, like Obama, Pelosi, etc. So if they are the ones who passed it telling people it was not a tax and even after the Supreme Court said it was, because if it wasn't a tax, the Supreme Court would of had to repeal it.

When the attorneys went before the court stating it was a tax, seems our government is filled nothing but liars pulling the wool over the American peoples eyes.

We have 6 Catholics and 3 Jews on the Supreme Court, I believe they are working for the Vatican to help bring the United States down and turn it into a European Union, which will be the North American Union.

The people of this country especially the liberals had better wake up to what is going on.

No it's not baffling. It makes sense.

The Patient Protection and Affordable Health Care Act is Constitutional.

The mandate is a tax, and the Federal government can tax . . .Plain and simple.

We are mandated to pay income tax and excise tax and now health care tax.

    We have responsibilities as citizens.

    THERE IS NO FREE LUNCH.

    Get used to it.

"Baffling" is a very mild word for this SCOTUS decision. I'd call it an outrage!
The good news is this probably will guarantee that Hussein Obama serves only one term.

Corruption at its finest. Or worst. Our constitution is nullified by the very people that are supposed to uphold it.
