He opposes the "Due Process Guarantee Act" for American citizens that would counter the indefinite detainment provided by the NDAA. He was also the architect of the torture of Guantanamo detainee's

He is quoted as saying this act would "disrupt the practical opportunity to conduct such intelligence gathering."

The article is a very short read. I would strongly urge all of you to read the piece!

    You know what scares me .. these like him .. who /claim/ it would only be used under very 'rare' circumstances and only for terrorists ..
    Is totally deluding themselves when they assume that ..
    For the slope is slippery indeed .. and it is a quite easy slide quick and dirty to using it on what is determined to be the /target group/ (not necessarily terrorists .. just a pre-judging .. a group that the administrator happens to hold extreme prejudice for) .. and it is pack them up .. ship them to the holding pen .. and torture/disappear
    (hmm ... kind of like Nazi Germany or under Stalin (USSR) .. )

    Our current legal system for American citizens is good enough. We don't need to add torture to the mix. However I would find having somebody watch old pre-school shows to be quite entertaining....

    disagree aint strong enuf for me. Oath keepers should march to Washington and do a coup to protect the Constitution and American people from being raped any further.

    Better idea might be to have states nullify central powers. Like nullifying NDAA by a few states now.
