Spectator yelled at Aly Raisman’s parents to stop cheering and sit down : Was that Obnoxious ?

Their daughter was finishing her London Olympics with a gold medal performance and they kept standing up to cheer.

A spectator behind them just wanted to watch the competition and yelled at them to sit down

If I'd paid that much for a ticket, I'd want to watch what I paid for, not the backside of the person in front of me, so I get why he told them to sit down. I also get that the parents were excited and wanted to cheer their child on and it's hard to do that from a seated position.

I understand why the parents were standing up and cheering. However, I would be very angry if I sat behind them and couldn't see something that I paid a lot of money to see.

Given how much the tickets costs I can understand that he might be p*ssed at not being able to watch without somebody leaping up in front of him.

I can understand why proud parents would be unable to contain their emotions...

I am torn between the two.
