Too far away but I heard it was caused by Gov.MoonBeam dropping his budget on the desk which contains all kinds of cuts for K-12 schools, State Colleges, services etc. due to a $16 Billion shortfall.

Didn't Meg Whitman tell them back in 2010 that they were going to have to make some serious changes?
