In light of the fact that our nation is EVEN HAVING A DEBATE on Torture Tactics, which in the evolution of our nation was deemed illegal decades ago. Which we have ever since proclaimed to be a better nation because of these moral decisions of our forefathers and our proposed dedication to the rule of laws that are fair for All Americans!
Knowing we are not perfect, but ever striving to be a perfect nation
Knowing we have great challenges, but continuing to face those challenges, and working to make our society a more fairer society
In light of all these great overarching ideals that really do make us the beacon of light in the darkness that is Purely The American Dream!
Does the fact that we are even having this debate really mean that Bin Laden achieved his goal of the crippling of our nation a driving US all of US toward self destruction!
that is the question
I believe that we are too close to the edge, and that the decisions we make in the next few years will truly determine if the goal of that Man, will end up being self fulfilling
