+9Obama has cut spending. That is he's cut HIS spending. Most of his spending is what other people ramped up and he has to pay for it. Surely you know this? If you don't you haven't been reading up on what he has actually spent himself as opposed to what he has to pay for that others created. 40% of what we spend is on medicare/medicaid, 40% is on military machine, only 20% is discretionary (and much of that isn't really "discretionary"_
