Some of the state and government agencies may be basing thier decisions on foreign legal codes, including Islamic Law.Kansas Gov Sam Brownback signed a bill stating decisions can not be based on foreign law or legal system. Good move yes or no?

We have our own laws.Foreign legal codes have no business in our courts. We have good laws that should not be tampered with by foreign codes especially Shariah Law.Has NO business in American Courts.

We as American citizens should be able to make our own laws as we see fit on a daily basis based on our moods or how much we've had to drink. What the hell do we need a Justice system for anyway?

This is the Untied States of American and our laws stand. Foreign laws carry no weight or have any influence in our courts.

I know you're right. I was giving my oponion where I stand and not what is actually happening. There are many thing going on that shouldn't be and voting isn't going to fix it. I support Paul but, we will need to get out our guns and support him.

I already voted for him. I don't think it's over for Paul yet but I have looked at Gary Johnson just in case Paul isn't on the November ballot. Johnson is a good man and we could do a lot worse, like dumney for example. I hope you have lots of friends that are Paul supporters.

Sharia law, horrible as it is, is deemed "okay" by some judges, who must be (wrongfully) thinking of "freedom of religion". It's somewhat related to communism, which is also "legal" such that Joe McCarthy was demolished for his efforts.

Decisions based on Foreign Legal codes do not belong in American courts. Our own laws are more then sufficient for all these years and why should we start going to Foreign legal codes like Sharia law. This doesn't belong in our courts or on our land. No matter how many Muslims live in the US. The US laws govern ALL who live or visit here .NO exceptions!!
