That is exactly what the Income Tax, Social Security Tax and Medicaid are about.
Redistribution of wealth under the guise of patriotism and support of your military. What is it that you don't understand about this?

Of course, so is the us postal service. I enjoy seeing conservatives try to use big words they don't fully comprehend.
