Where were you when Bush signed the "Patriot" Act, or when Obama re-signed it? Where were you when Congress robbed your wallet & created the largest wealth transfer in United States history under the guise of "saving the economy"? Where were you when a president gave himself the power to execute a United States citizen without due process of law? Where were you when Congress and the President said that they can hold you without trial indefinitely and without cause? Where were you when the president said he didn't need to obey the Constitution by seeking a declaration of war before ordering troops overseas? And where were you when his political rival agreed with him on every last one of the points described above?...
Sometimes I think what we need to do is allow the country to fail and then we can pick up the pieces and start over.
People, you can get rid of the 545 people who call themselves government if you'll just realize that you are part of 330 million people who must decide to reject Rulers or just plain die. Do you really have some other "choice"?
The patriot act is not that far removed from similar laws passed in wartime in the past (sedition act, smith act, etc). It was wrong then and its wrong now.
Obamacare is also an outrage to anyone who considerers individual rights to be important.
