So much for a jury of your peers, eh? You and all the rest of the "executioner wannabees" know so much better than the jury that said she was not guilty.
Face it, if she was guilty, then:
1. The DA blew it.
2. The LEO's blew it/
3. The people failed to make their case.
Many people believe she is guilty. Myself, I am not the least bit sure that she is innocent, but the simple fact remains...a jury of her peers found her innocent, and she is protected from being retried under "double jeopardy" rules.
Blame the dumb-ass, stupid Jury for what happened. Blame the incompetent prosecutors. Blame the American Criminal Justice system. Casey Anthony was simply fighting for her life and trying to avoid a date with Ol' Sparky.
Kinda....they executed a guy a few years ago...and its suspected that one of the death team didn't wet the head sponge well enough (on purpose) and well...the guy kinda caught on fire. They used it a few more times but the US Supreme Court got them to change methods....when Jeb Bush was Governor...
