Only a child should believe that it's possible to SPEND LESS to get out of debt.
Only a child should be allowed to throw tantrums, and scream in a meeting of adults that someone was lying who was speaking on something easily proven to be the truth.

Reading the hate and the namecalling on soda by people who have yet to front someone with better ideas,.. heck have ideas of their own - has put me further and further on Obama's side.

C'mon guys,.. you howl about him eating dogmeat as a child in defense of someone whining about Romney putting a dog carrier on the roof. With this kind of rabid irrational behavior - It's not hard to stand with the guy not foaming at the mouth.

Naturally he can't please everyone. He isn't perfect, and he's only human.

Problem is so many expected him to snap his fingers and the economy would fix itself. Isn't it just amazing how many were rooting for Obama in '08, and now it seems everyone wants to do nothing but shame him and put him down?

Seems like it's a typical "Blame the new guy for what our last idiot did" and point absolutely EVERYTHING to Obama - from the SLIGHTEST mistake to his birth certificate itself.

He's got EIGHT years of Dubya's destructive reign to repair... he can't fix it all in FOUR.

And to think some would rather have ROMNEY in? The fat-pocketed Mormon clone of Bush? HAH!!

I agree with his Humane way of handling things. I see his heart is in a good place. I only hope his presence in the white house can give a overall sense of security because look,

we are all still alive. The world didn´t end now did it? So I hope we can all grow out of our little fits and start to be Adults about how we can fix issues instead of crying about who is to blame.

yes...BUT someone is doing a lot of revisionist history, and not looking at the actual facts.. how long were companies in trouble before they made all those people unemployed? how long did people go without paying their mortgages, Wall street , mortgage companies and banks were shafting people over before the dem congress had the reins in 2007. Had naff all to do with obama.
Running a business thats doing well doesnt go off the rails in 15 months. Unless they are "accounting problems".the rot starts before that.
Corporations were more interested in paying their shareholders and CEOs than caring about the workers.
He inherited one hell of a mess, no one smart knew it would come back fast.
The repubs behind the curtains couldnt sort the mess out, they didnt have a plan but to cut taxes for the rich. they couldnt have brought it back or they would have put in someone better than McCain and the palin critter.
They dont want this mess even now, hence the very poor showing by the "candidates"
They have lost their way and have shown they cant fix the economy or jobs, they can only attack. Helping to find fixes for the mess is beneath them.

What's not to like? At least on the whole, or in comparison to ALL Republican options?

Of COURSE he's not been perfect--only a dope would say he has been.

Depends on what we might consider our Kenyan Keynesian's purpose, doesn't it?

If it's to destroy social comity, wreak havoc with good civil order, and end forever the concept of government subordinate to the rule of law, I'd say that our foreign-born Felon-in-Chief is doing just hunky-dorey.

Were he to die suddenly (mirabile dictu), I'd suggest digging up his corpse and desecrating it.

First, of course, he's got to become a corpse.

Kind of like my argument for Clinton; peace and prosperity, whats not to like. Well we have now seen the results of 8 years of war fought on borrowed money, reduced taxes and resulting recession. Now that we have had 4 years of recovery from the experience of 2000 to 2008, why would we want to return to those proven losing policies?
