Smirksalot, Reality and Other Random Thoughts
marcuss LIBERALS ARE IDIOTS

Is Smirky really that out of touch with reality? It would seem so. His
buddies in the House and Senate are right there with him it would also
seem. In the world of Smirksalot, wherever that might be, money is no
object, especially if it isn't his he is spending. His words and his
deeds have never matched from day one. Since when has the excessive
"spending" of hard earned tax dollars become "investing in the future."
We've "invested" enough already so that a child born today enters this
world with about a $43K saddle on its back that is owed to repay the
present national debt and the excesses our federal government. Now
there is a hard, harsh reality Smirkster.
Now there's a reality check that the average American can wrap their
heads around while we have a pompous ninny sitting in the White House
talking about "feeling the pain." We're feeling it already Smirky and
we're also observing the crap that continues in Washington DC continue
as if the self-proclaimed "shellacking" your party took at the hands of
the majority never happened this past November.

I've
often said that if Smirksalot has any gonads, they are in the bottom of
Michelle's purse somewhere. Recent events in the Middle East attest to
that. Mubarak wasn't exactly a saint but he was a valued Allie to this
nation due to Egypt's strategic location. But someone try to explain
why it took so long for him to address the unrest in Egypt and when he
did, he called the leader of that nation out by name saying that he must
step down. Then up pops Libya who has been run by a madman with
terror in his veins for decades. What was Smirky's reaction to the
"Colonel's" shenanigans? A deafening silence. Did he call him out as
he did Mubarak? No, he did not and only finally did so when it was
apparent that he had to. I wonder when the last time our Idiot-In-Chief
pulled into the local filling station to gas up?

So
as the news continued to unfold, the pampered Wisconsin teacher crisis
occurred. More about reality and what people can and cannot afford.
When for every dollar a teacher contributes, fifty seven clams are
contributed by the state into a mystery fund by a state, something seems
a bit remiss. How in the world can anyone explain how something like
that can be sustained over time? The average American, which Smirksalot
is not, doesn't want our taxes to increase (Have you noticed an
increase in your withholding since the first of the year? If not, start
paying attention folks). The consensus is that all this excessive
spending that has occurred in Washington DC needs to stop and the ax be
taken out and used to chop all the deadwood in the federal bureaucratic
monster that eats our hard earned dollars. That was one of the messages
we sent this past November which reality says fell upon many deaf ears.

Smirky's reality is all conceptual in nature
since he has never run, much less managed, anything but his alligator
mouth. His reality is to surround himself with primarily academics,
those great "thinkers" of the Ivy league class, who have about as much
of a clue as to the mechanics of running a lemonade stand as he does.
He has never governed anything, and all of a sudden he hoodwinks
folks into thinking that he, and his party cronies, have all the answers
to our problems. They, in fact, have been part of the problem rather
than part of any sensible solution.

It isn't
his place to interfere in the balancing acts that the states have had
thrust upon them, many times by the very actions of the imbecile and his
partners in economic oblivion that are needing to be addressed at the
state level. Nanny the Smirkster needs to put a clothes pin on his soup
coolers and watch as "real Governors" have to deal with balancing the
budget excesses that have been made for them by their predecessors and
maybe start taking some copious notes on what MUST be done. As Governor
Walker told him in plain, but nice, English, "You are running a $1.6
trillion deficit that you might want to tend to while he is tending to
his."

Smirky's involvement is about votes,
that's reality and not fantasy. His union base needs to have what other
Americans usually fail to have. And they need it at a discount thrust
upon the American tax payers so that he can feel warm and fuzzy and tell
those prima donna's how he "fought the good fight" on their behalf.
Why is it that anyone can't see through the smoke screen this consummate
politician with a smooth, silver tongue can put up? I've never
believed that much in any politician who has walked this earth.

So,
at first, he ran his gums about the poor downtrodden teacher's unions,
then his office issued a statement that they weren't involved. Then, as
things progressed, he lets his mouth do the moving again and proclaims
that it is a travesty that these union members should be vilified and
their "rights" trampled upon. I think the Smirkster got a bit confused
about the issues here. Vilified? Give it a rest Smirky. I believe he
was referring to "collective bargaining" as being a right. Since
when? I had to grab my pocket Constitution and take another read and
nowhere in there did I find it as being a right. Most of us know what
our inalienable rights are and that isn't one of them by the stretch of
anyone's imagination. But then again, we're discussing the "reality of
an idiot" so out of touch reality that it amazes many. The fact remains
that the federal nanny needs to get completely out of the state's
business and stay out of it. But he can't say that because that is part
of his base and he needs them to try to get re-elected. The way things
are going, and the way Smirky ignores the wishes of the majority,
good luck with that son. I have you as a one term wonder, like your
fellow progressive Jimmie Carter. Enough is usually enough with the
majority. Our reality is that most of us recognize the mistakes that
were made and go in the opposite direction, this past November being a
"shellacking" example.

But one has to admit,
the man does have the audacity to make his statements with a straight
face, even though at times he is known to smirk a bit. It seems to
always be one thing after another with this guy and his cronies.
Recently his "reality" came into play anew with the "Defense of
Marriage" law, which happens to be the law of the land. He has his
buddy, Holder, issue a decree that the federal government (read: The
Department of Justice) will no longer defend any court actions
concerning this law. Wait a minute there Smirksalot. That's the very
essence of the role of the Justice Department in this nation - to uphold
the laws of this country. If one doesn't like a law, then the task is
to try to change it, not ignore it. Seems the "executive" once again
misses the reality of governing this nation via the US Constitution, and
not what he thinks should be reality. The law is the reality and it is
his DUTY to enforce said law.

Obama is our
achilles tendinitis. all be it on a temporary basis. More and more
people each day, regardless of their race, religion of creed, are
admitting their mistake in electing the most unqualified person to ever
run for the highest office in this land. We were "hoping" but the
business of Foggy Bottom will never be changed by one person so out of
touch with the average American. That's reality. So strut your stuff
for as long as you can Smirksalot because November of 2012 is just
around the corner. There will be a reality for you to ponder as you
gather your belongings and move out of the people's house. Adios for
now.
Yet ANOTHER excellent article brought to you by The Frog Prince. I sent Him a request to write a smirksalot article its been awhile since we have had one.
