In today's world , this is just COMMON SENSE if an employer wants to attract good people.

I've spent most of my life working in small businesses. The ones who treated their people with respect and dignity were successful. The companies who treated employees as "commodities" - those companies no longer exist.

+1Over the years, treating employees with dignity and respect became both necessary and a competitive advantage... rendering Unions largely irrelevant. They had their day and served their purpose, but dalliances with the Mob taught them poor lessons they can't unlearn.reply -
