It was decided that, due to our glorious rainfall of this morning, to set off the display tonite, rather than wait and hope the moisture level would maintain... not bloody likely, ioho.
Watching the rockets go up and explode. The "big bangers", the pretty displays of color, and it occurred to me;
This 4th of July may in fact be the last where such noise and spectacle is merely a "production", a staged event.

From this time forward, Predator drones are our future, armored vehicles in the streets our new norm.
