I would so love to say no but the truth is parents are not parents anymore. Many kids are raising themselves. So i'm gonna have to say yes because do we really want to see these children pregnant and unable to support their own?

They need to be safe. Which is worse, these girls having sex safely, have sex and getting pregnant or an STD, or having an abortion? They are going to have sex, and we need to be helping them do it safely.

It still falls to the responsibility of the parents, the government should not be able to take an important decision like that out of the hands of the parents.

No, it shouldn't be in either of their hands. It should be in the individual's.

Any and all things going on with a child under the age of 18 should always go through the parent.
