Yes, actually. I understand that they get rich unfairly- due to their intellectual property rights, but, these rights are granted by government, the largest organization of liars, cheaters, and thieves on the planet. Taxing the wealth of the rich by the bottomless pit of government only adds insult to injury.

The right solution is not easy - we have to eliminate intellectual property rights completely and banish the fallacious phrase from our vocabulary. But before that can happen, we must first drive all the crooks and scoundrels out of congress. Every politician who support any form of income taxes, borrowing, corporate welfare, the military industrial complex, the Fed and the fraud of fractional reserve banking, and yes, intellectual property, must go/leave/retire/gtfo!

We should have a fair tax in place with 2 or 3 brackets with 0 loopholes or exemptions. It needs to be plugged into the inflation rate to help prevent bracket creep. I consider myself a conservative but also realize we have to pay the military and government workers (although we should have fewer working in govt bureaucracies). A persons money is Private property as much as a home or car and we don't give 28% of our homes to people who have smaller homes than we do.

Everybody needs a tax cut for obvious reasons, likewise, everybody needs to pay a certain percentage of their income for taxes. If a large company can spend millions of dollars to start up new business that creates many new jobs, should they be given a tax break themselves based on the amount of money they invested? hell yes. Any business that was started on government "Grant" money cannot forever be excused from paying taxes however, and once the company is solvent and producing profit for the investor/owner then too, that investor/owner must pay taxes just like his/her employees. The biggest problem we have right now is the lack of 'transparency'. Too many loopholes for the rich to take advantage of.

Tax Loopholes advantage since 1916.While the amount of their profit go up every hour and bonuses is in the million dollars range.Minimum wage stay low for the working middle-class,while price of personal items increase 125 times since 1916.The problem, we have a tax obligation that read like this:Working middle-class or the Rich upper-class.Whose back should the tax burden be on?

It do not matter if the government is small or large or if we are in heaven or hell. There will always be a tax obligation.Every country around the earth, and on other planets have a tax obligation.

The economy is like it is because Bill gates and people like him did not pay income tax.The only people whom paid income tax for the past twenty-five years was the working middle-class.Many of the working middle-class lost their job because people like Bill Gates don't pay income tax

Yes, Middle Class Americans have actually been supporting the world. Our taxes pays off our governments loans and grants that is given freely to people of all other classes around the world for whatever purpose they claim a need for. However, the biggest violators of our tax code are those who use our own system to borrow money, then have that same money granted to them, never having to pay it back or to pay one penny interest, and those people are none other than people like George Soros, Alan Dershowitz, and quite possibly Bill Gates, Sam Walton of the Wal Mart stores, Arthur Blank and Bernie Marcus of the Home Depot, and thousands more just like them that have also had their 'kind' running the Fed. Reserve. Our tax money has literally been given away freely to the Jews that own and operate most of the businesses around this country and around the world.

I laugh when people ask this question. While Americans are being taxed in hundreds of new ways everyday, those with larger incomes are the ones who create jobs and spend money to stimulate the economy.
Businesses needs to be certain of their tax requirements in advance to prepare for the future.

It is the middle-class working man who work his 9-5 minimum wage paying job whom spend his payroll in the local economy that stimulate the USA economy. In 2004 two business closed their doors for good because the customers stop going to their store to shop.

My kids are all in minimum wage paying jobs, they pay no federal income tax, but do spend their money locally. I guess they are stimulating the economy a bit, but they are certainly NOT what most Americans would call the middle class.

All states require you to pay Federal income tax if your Income is $120,000 or below. Many States do not collect state tax. What state do you live in that do not require you to pay federal tax?The only people by law who are not required to pay Federal and State tax are American Indians.

Maybe you should learn a bit about the federal tax laws. Low wage taxpayers do not pay into federal tax, they instead receive tax bonuses such as EITC and the "making work pay" credits.
I prepare taxes for a living and most low wage returns come with a refund check around $5000 without paying in a dime.

Everyone should. We all spend it, and 70% of our economy is based on spending.

Did you hear Obama yesterday? In so many words he said he couldn't give $XXX Billion dollars away. Excuse me, Mr. Obama? You seem to have an ownership issue with the People's money. You're not giving anything, sir. It's ours! You have a fiduciary responsibility and position, not an ownership position.

Just that simple statement from his speech was worth volumes of tryin to explain what's wrong with his ideology and thought process.

I think you misunderstood what I'd quoted from him. It was in the context of him talking about the tax cuts when he said he couldn't just give the money away. My point is, he forgets it's the people's money, the people's government, and that they are accountable to us.

That's why I think there should be a tax of 10% - across the board with NO loopholes, no anything. If you are earning a living, it's 10% - period. There is absolutely no telling how much $ the government would be raking in if they did that.
