NO because this is probably nothing new, but the guys that are involved in this need to be sent back thru basic training and have what they did wrong told to them one more time. and they sign off that they "got it" . Then return these guys to active duty with a loud, clear, and public warning that this behavior will not be tolerated at all and the next time it happens they will be gone and dishonorably fired . But this foolish act needs to be given a 50/50 chance for reform.

They should be treated no differently than anyone else who breaks the law.

Though dereliction of duty has been mentioned, news reports say that since the Agents were an advance team, they weren't "on the clock" at the time of the party. The stories I have read haven't yet mentioned criminal charges, but that doesn't mean there couldn't be some as the story continues to unfold. I do imagine there will be serious repercussions for their inappropriate, unprofessional and embarassing behavior.

Yes, they were there to protect the president. They also represent our country while abroad, their conduct should be above reproach.

I can remember during the G.W.Chitheads Jr.'s administration they were doing more looking at porn on their computers than working.....

I don't think so. The Secret Service removed them from the scene, and now that they are home... They get to answer to their superiors and loved ones for their conduct. But I don't see criminal charges in a US court for something that happened in a foreign location. (edited for typo)

They did not break the law here, however they are subject to discipline from their employer for any lapse of conduct, they will probably enter into politics since they are already pro free trade.
