Should the NATO meeting have been held in a low populated region to save taxpayer money, instead of in Chicago?

Why not in Alaska, Montana or another area where logistics didn't require the added expenses of conducting surveillance and providing security?

    There is going to be trouble. Some group can not let a chance like this go by without some silly demonstration. I just hope they will include a map in the attendees welcome packet of the areas to stay out of after 4 PM.
