President Obama allocated $14 million to permanently store the shuttle Enterprise in Dayton, Ohio, because Ohio was losing so many jobs ending the shuttle program.
They're trying to allocate $40 million more for Houston to deal with the lost jobs there.
NASA Administrator Charles Bolden decided it should go to New York City instead, for no real reason.
