We should test prisoners on death row, they are human and the test results would be more accurate. And they can communicat with the testors.
If they die during the testing, who cares, they are killers, child molesters and worse.
We could start with charles manson.
I'll bet that alone would be more of a deterrent to crime than any other deterrent, so crime would go down, a win-win situation to the overall problem.

Yes

Give criminals a chance to volunteer to obtain reduced jail time, privileges and the opportunity to pay society for their crimes, Using human subject would be more efficient and fast. And first hand information is even better, so researchers and investigators should use each other.
To answer your question YES, YES, YES.
test on humans.
If it wasn't for animals we would not see the life pro-longing drugs we see today. Cancer would not be held in check, heart disease would still mean death. Animal Testing saves lives and not always at the expense of another.
Of course, a lot of testing is done in the theory because we know what certain combinations will do to each other should they be placed in contact. So an awful lot is ruled out before it even gets to the animals. That however is when we learn new things about the chemicals and how they react with each other by observing the reactions.
Animal testing is only carried on when things are NOT known as well as in peer review to check that it is really known and not just a false positive result.
Many of the animals in Animal testing are treated far better than their counterparts in the real world. It's even worse when PETA goes and releases them into the wild. (Idiots). Animal testing is also subject to ethical standards and every test is subject to an ethics board review.
Some animals are bred for the purpose of testing and this is ethically questionable, however the animals are tested with certain conditions to check if the medicine works rather than makes it worse (which would be unethical).
Ya lets totally take people and test drugs on them against their will because that's totally not against personal freedoms and rights
I think humans are a little bit more valuable than some lab bred mice
why don't we just test it on morons like you
