Should Pro Lifers just adopt the children in foster care?

They do, that's why they decide note to have the child.

If they decide not to have a child...the time to take responsibility is BEFORE they've created one. Creating a child and then killing it before it's finished developing is AVOIDING responsibility.

You are also correct that the women themselves "must deal with the consequences of having an abortion". I know an amazing woman who was pressured into having an abortion when she was 18 by the pig she was dating at the time. She is now 50 and even though she's had other children with her husband since, that horrible decision still haunts her. She says she thinks about it almost every day....every time she sees a baby in her daily routine. Mother's Day is unbearable for her. What should be a happy occasion ends up being a day she can barely get out of bed - she is so wracked with sorrow and guilt.

She says that the clinic quickly brushed over her other options but never really tried to move her in any direction other than the abortion. But she doesn't blame them or the boyfriend because the final decision was hers alone. She used to be religious, but now she doesn't want to think about the afterlife because she feels that she will be damned for eternity. Nothing I can say will convince her otherwise.

My wife and I have often told our daughters that we will do whatever it takes to help them raise a child or give it up for adoption.....ANYTHING to avoid this barbaric practice. It must be stopped

There is no reason to kill an innocent baby except in the movies. There are People like me that adopt because they have had cancer or some other malady. Did you also know that some forms of diabetes can prevent a woman from conceiving? The baby doesn't deserve to die, So, be careful with how you play around and if you cannot control yourself let someone adopt the result!

So what about the ones that are not babies in foster care?

We do adopt the kids in foster care. I have two. You sure as hell don't understand the red tape. First of all the bio parents have to give up the children - they don't most of the time so the kids are left in the system as the courts allow the bio parents to get their life together for years. There is a long waiting list of people who want to adopt. Millions of Americans have to go to foreign countries to adopt due to our court system and the libs giving drugged out parents rights to their children in foster care.You should check out some facts at some point in your life - and we are very pro-birth control, just pay for it yourself losers.

Every day there are over 130,000 children ready to be adopted. Where are the pro-fetus people?

I work with the foster care agency. There is a waiting list to adopt. Do you read. The red tape is the problem. Where are you and all your baby killing friends fighting the courts. Oh yeah, OWS pissing around.

It's not that they themselves want kids, it's that they don't want people to have abortions. My question is why they don't support programs that would make supporting families easier.

Adopting any child over the age of 3 takes a special person with special talents and education. Your challenge has no barring on pro life beliefs and wouldn't stop the needless killing of unborn babies.

If they just want new borns then they do not deserve to have children. They are being selfish. There are children of all ages in foster care.

So you get to tell couples what they can and can't have when it comes to children. Can you see how stupid your first sentence is?
