IT is a medicine and it needs to be seen as that. How many sick and dying people have to testify it HELPS THEM!!!! And really with all the jobs needed here in the US a SMART President would harness that and USE it to his advantage.

IMHO marijuana should be legalized, regulated & taxed when used for recreational purposes. Medical marijuana should be dispensed as other pharmaceuticals are & not be taxed.
I'm an Independent & will remain thus. I support what I believe is FAIR & JUST.
The slaves were set free in the 1800s & Constitutional Amendments were added to guarantee those rights. The states rights people circumvented those rights & enacted unconstitutional laws that people down south were afraid to buck.
