Should President Obama invite North Korea's government to 4th of July Celebrations?

President Obama opened a new era of dialog with the Iranian government by inviting Iranian diplomats to attend American 4th of July celebrations worldwide. Once Iran cracked down on its people for protesting the "suspected" fraudulent election results, the president revoked the invitation.

Why not invite the North Koreans? They haven't killed any protesters (at least not on YouTube lately).

I think we both know that isn't going to happen anytime soon. Their border with China isn't the DMZ, and that is how there are people coming and going. I think China knows a lot more than they're saying.
