    Yes. And maybe Roberts gave us a chance. The Tea Party is in an uproar. Congressional heads are going to roll come Nov. A new congress will repeal it.

    Can we just kick to the curb, those with pre-existing conditions?
    Should we say the hell with our college aid kids who'd have no insurance while trying to get an education?
    Should we just overwhelm our nation's emergency rooms and have the costs passed onto us?

    Not only should it overturned...if it is not CONGRESS and the PRESIDENT should be put on the same system...if it's good enough for the peasants it should be good enough for them, and let them endure the destruction of the best medical treatments in the world with the rest of us...

    The population of England is roughly 62 million people...
    their National Healthcare System employs 1 million people...
    making it the 5th LARGEST SINGLE EMPLOYER IN THE WORLD...
    with a staggering cost of almost 130 BILLION AMERICAN DOLLARS...YEARLY !!!

    In a system notorious for lack of care and long wait times...A report from the Patient Association, based on information supplied by 93 of England's 170 acute hospital trusts, found that WAIT times for a range of elective operations rose between 2010 and 2011...eventhough the actual number of these procedures went DOWN during the same time period.
    The average wait before having a new knee fitted rose from 88.9 days to 99.2 days, while patients needing hernia surgery typically waited 78.3 days in 2011 compared with 70.4 the year before. The delay before the removal of gallstones increased over the same period, by 7.4 days, as did the delay before having a new hip (6.3 days longer), hysterectomy (three days) and cataract removed (2.2 days).

    or roughly 5 TIMES the size of England...
    that equals 5 MILLION health related employees.., the majority of which are administrative.., NOT ACTUAL PHYSICIANS.
    making it the NUMBER 1 employer in the WORLD...overnight....
    with an estimated budget of 650 BILLION TAXPAYER dollars EVERY YEAR...
    that is EVERY YEAR...not counting cost increases...

    Yes, the entire thing needs to be destroyed. We need to start over with the plan that the Republicans have been pushing. It really does allow you to keep your own doctor and there are no death panels. It does not steal $500-BILLION from Medicare like Obamacare does.

    There are some much needed parts in it that will actually help reform the medical debacle we have now. Nevertheless, the government should not have the authority to dictate its citizens what they can or can not purchase, while exempting themselves in the process.

    Problem is that isn't what the Libs won today. Doesn't matter if it's repealed. The court said that any tax could be used to threaten any tax payer that doesn't toe the line. Prez say's you need a car for the country's common good for the enviroment. You might be happy with a nice Government Motors Chevy Volt with the burning batterys. Say no, I dare you.

    I sense confusion??? the only way we will keep the libs from using this new tax power to punish is to never elect another one which isn't going to happen. We repeal healthcare and they will bring it back. They've done this for 100 years plus all the programs that maybe they couldn't figure out where the funds were coming from........Well CJ Roberts just gave them to them.
