Conflict of interests require recusal of the judge. She is unqualified to rule on an issue for which she has already displayed a bias against.

The way I look at this she will be typically be judging from the bench in comparison to what should or should not be. There is only one marriage law, and it should be protected, one man and one woman.
I am so sick and tired or hearing all this crap about what lesbians and gays WANT !!! They have their lives and their freedom and all rights given to them constitutionally and through all amendments. I wish they would keep their personal lives to themselves. I have friends that are both gay and lesbian, and they don't announce everything they want over a loudspeaker. They are wonderful people and the keep their personal lives to themselves. That's the way it should be. End of story.

I bet that if it were an heterosexual judge, nobody would care. BUT since she's attracted to her same gender it's a goddamn issue. Seriously. She will decide what she believes to be best, as well as any other judge would.

So if it were a heterosexual judge it'd be better? I don't see why.
If it so happens that the heterosexual judge is homophobic, the judge is going to be biased. If the judge was raised to accept homosexuals his decision would be biased, since he already has an opinion regarding the subject.
Technically, ANY judge with a mind would be biased in this.

Why does it matter which political party those who accept homosexuality are in?

but you'll get the same arguments from the liberals if it were a conservative judge. The fact remains all liberal judges should be disrobed and disbarred. A conservative judge will look at the facts and then the law then give his ruling. A liberal judge could careless about the facts the twist and strech and see something that isn't there and the come up with a ruling out of bovine excrement. Or reword the law to meet the bill. We saw that with roberts on obummercare..........

The American justice system is so corrupt and immoral anytime a conservative judge stands for any traditional values, 10 Commandments to be displayed they are fired, because only the progressive liberal commies have a say so.
