Depends on whether or not the embryos can afford the retainer, I guess.

i agree men should have rights after a child is born...but i dont think that anyone can tell a woman what to do with her body...the unborn child is a part of the mother...i moraly do not believe in abortion ...but if i did ....i would not want anyone telling me what is best for the unborn child or the person responsible for making the child....no...i dont think that it is exeptable

How many cases has this guy won....anyone know?

If I were an unborn baby, I sure as heck would love to have a lawyer. I'd call Johnny Cochran from the dead. :)

Next the lawyers will be representing the corn on the stalk, or the grass before it's cut, or the acorn on the tree, the tooth that needs removal. PLEASE.... give some thought to the people who really need help.

When it comes to paternal rights they're representing the men, not the embryo so I'm confused about that one.... and well, how exactly would this work with them actually representing embryos? I mean, who would get them to do it, cos the embryos wouldn't be able to, that's for sure. AND if they can - then it must be a sped up process for it to be fair to both parties as there's only so long a woman can wait before she can no longer do anything about it. AND, how would they stop the woman from aborting or something, and if she did - would she be punished? Now all that being said - I am against abortion (with very few exceptions).

Yay. Good for him(Palmer)! Embryos have value as they are humans, just the same way a brain damaged adult would.
