Because most of the voters this I.D. b.s. effects are the poor, which includes minorities.
Here is a question for you. Why don't you just admit you are having a hard time defending, something that is unnecessary and wrong?
Isn't it racist and condescending of you to assume minorities are poor and unable to acquire a photo ID for themselves even though most of these poor minorities own cars, cell phones, HD TV and live in 3 bedroom homes? And doesn't this just prove that you raise so many impertinent excuses because it's you who's having a hard time defending the integrity of an electoral system that doesn't verify voters' identities?
