Mitt Romney, guilty of voter fraud?
    Posted on April 17, 2012

Mitt Romney faces up to five years in jail and a $10,000 fine if he did not live in his son’s unfinished basement in 2010

In January 2010 the former Massachusetts governor proudly cast a ballot for Republican Scott Brown in the special election to replace the late Sen. Ted Kennedy. He didn’t own property in the state at the time, and had registered to vote listing his son’s unfinished basement as his residence. Massachusetts law defines a residence for voter registration purposes as “where a person dwells and which is the center of his domestic, social, and civil life.” Anyone found guilty of committing voter fraud faces up to five years behind bars and a fine of $10,000.

Is this exactly like that ‘voter fraud‘ thing that the Republicans are always trying to pretend the Democrats participate in? Except that the Democrats don’t?

Uh-huh. Exactly. If he did that ... how many others have as well? Let's get rid of all of them and if any are earning US tax dollars from any source at any level of government.. charge each and everyone with fraud and never allow them to continue in ANY way now or future being paid ANY retirment benefits etc from US taxpayers. .. and of course.. JAIL/PRISON... no "agreements " of any kind which keep such people out of jails...

AND ALL .. NO EXCUSES .. ALL illegal aliens need to be mailed to their home nations asap AFTER having forfeited all property and banking and etc to the tax payers of America. ... and having served the imprisonment time to which they are sentenced....

We could pay the Mexican government to jail their own people for less than half what it costs us here and hire auditors to verify their terms.
We could start with this president of ours, he is a fraud.

Based upon the florida purge policy, which was audited in velosia county, the number of ligitimate and likely voters would be excluded. If their purge were ligitimate there wouldn't be such a controversy. Of what that has been reported what is untrue, back it up?

After confessing to what appears to constitute voter fraud, high-level Democratic Party insider Andrea “Andi” Pringle has abruptly quit her post as senior aide to Washington, D.C., mayor Vincent Gray.

The resignation comes as several U.S. states initiate a crackdown on voter fraud. It also comes weeks after it was reported that Lessadolla Sowers, a member of the executive board of the Tunica County, Miss., NAACP, was sentenced to five years in prison for voting 10 times in the names of other people.

Barely a week into the job, Pringle, who was Gray’s deputy chief of staff, resigned her recently position after admitting she voted in the September 2010 primary election in the District of Columbia even though she was residing at that time in neighboring Montgomery County, Md. In her resignation letter Pringle said she was quitting because she had “become a distraction from the important work of” Gray’s administration, as local media in the nation’s capital have reported.

“The tired old refrain we keep hearing from the Left is that voter fraud is a myth, but in fact it is fairly common crime,” said Matthew Vadum, author of the explosive new book “Subversion Inc.: How Obama’s ACORN Red Shirts are Still Terrorizing and Ripping Off American Taxpayers.”

ACORN’s Project Vote even released a report a few years ago called “The Politics of Voter Fraud,” which claimed that voter fraud is a myth. “The claim that voter fraud threatens the integrity of American elections is itself a fraud … [that] is being used to persuade the public that deceitful and criminal voters are manipulating the electoral system.”

Vadum, senior editor at Capital Research Center, a think tank that studies left-wing advocacy groups and their funders, has compiled the information from nearly three years of research and hundreds of interviews. His book tells the real story about ACORN, the multinational criminal activist group with longstanding ties to Barack Obama and the Democratic National Committee.

As Vadum reports in “Subversion Inc.,” at least 54 ACORN employees and individuals associated with ACORN have been convicted of voter fraud. Voter fraud is a blanket term coined by lawyers. It refers to fraudulent voting, identity fraud, perjury, voter registration fraud, forgery, and a variety of crimes related to the electoral process. ACORN itself was convicted of the crime of “compensation” in Nevada for its role in a conspiracy that gave voter registration canvassers cash for exceeding daily quotas.

Like Gray, Pringle is a Democrat with strong ties to that party’s establishment.

She was campaign manager for former Sen. Carol Moseley Braun, D-Ill., when she sought the presidency in 2004. Barack Obama helped to elect Braun to the U.S. Senate in 1992 when he ran a successful get-out-the-vote effort for ACORN subsidiary Project Vote.

Pringle worked on both of Jesse Jackson’s presidential campaigns and for his National Rainbow Coalition group.

According to Vadum’s book, ACORN endorsed Jackson’s 1984 presidential run. That year, the group went even farther, running Jackson’s campaign in New Hampshire. The voter fraud-prone ACORN, which stands for Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, also was deeply involved with the Jackson campaign in Michigan and Arkansas.

In an ironic twist, Pringle worked on criminal justice issues when she was employed by radical left-wing philanthropist George Soros’s foundation, the Open Society Institute.

Pringle was a senior political adviser for former New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson’s 2008 presidential campaign. She held the same post at a political action committee for Sen. Mark Warner, D-Va., Forward Together PAC. She also served as deputy campaign manager for Howard Dean’s 2004 presidential election campaign after Carol Moseley Braun dropped out of the race.

Whether Pringle will be prosecuted for the felony that could land her in prison for up to 10 years reportedly will be left to the district’s U.S. attorney, Obama appointee Ronald C. Machen Jr.

No , you can see it aplenty in Florida.. that is why the DOJ ( Eric Holder, appoiinted by Obama/Sotero ) is trying to force Florida to stop removing all the dead voters and other illegal voters.. from our voting rosters. DOJ is using tax dollars aganst the state of Florida .. to force Florida to stop obeying Florida law.

NOW of course.. in Chicago, Illinois , I would love to see Barry Soteros first voter registration to see what he used as ID to gain his voters card.... . That would be novel eh?

Don't you think the FOI act would cover that ?

so don't you think all legal American born citizens should have the sole right to vote here in the USA after having gotten a state issued ID ( which to get one at all, one must prove legal birth ( hospital issued long form certificate with state seal and embedded paper water etc seals ) in the USA of USA legal citizen parents , with proof of residence via current bills, banking statements, etc. , drivers photo ID license included with thumb print , Social Security issued card ( this is a bit more complicated by age grouping ) , not just a number, perhaps car registrations, current deed or mortgage information, or rental agreement.. etc.. ???

Doesn't that make sense to you to prevent ALL fraud no matter who of any politcal party or non politcal party but voting perpetrates it against the legal American voters of the USA? Being against fraud by some.. but not by ALL ... is hypocrisy eh?

It is time for America to completely clean up this ridiculous notion that if it is ok for some to commit fraud.. then it is ok for others.. that is ALL illegal .. but cleaning it up makes sense for ALL legal Americans.

This country does not belong to the world or to a political party or a theocracy... it belongs ONLY to legal LEGAL American citizens and the same for OUR tax dollars... those belong to US ..not our government.. not our politcans .. not our president .. not our DOJ ... et al..but to ALL LEGAL AMERICANS ONLY.

True? Of course it is true.

Some children of servicemen and women over the years have been born in other countries, and are thus legal citizens of the US. They should not be disenfranchised by the location of their birth. Also, many servicemen married women from other countries that they met during their term of service. Again, their children are legal citizens of the US and do vote.
