Should Hillary Clinton Allow UN to Dictate USA's Gun Control Policy?

The United Nations has grown into an organization of thugs and dictators that don't represent the people's of their respective country. Syria, Libya, China, North Korea, Russia.... all the tyrannical nations in the world have control of the United Nations. These un-elected thugs have used the UN as a means to inflict their injustices on the free populations outside of their borders.

The United Nations has proposed drastic gun control rules that would supersede American courts and laws. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and the Obama administration support these draconian gun control measures that would bind America to the United Nations.

The United Nations Office of Disarmament Affairs (UNODA) has exceeded its original intent and now seeks to strip citizens of their rights and abilities to defend themselves against tyranny.

Small arms and the UN

Governments have a responsibility to ensure public safety and they have an interest in providing human security and development to their citizens. So they should ensure that small arms from Government stocks or from private ownership are not misused and do not enter illicit circuits, where their use may contribute to instability and to exacerbating poverty.

To attain those goals, within the UN, countries have agreed on several commitments on small arms control: the Firearms Protocol, the Programme of Action on small arms - including an Instrument on marking and tracing - and the Basic Principles on the Use of Force and Firearms by Law Enforcement Officials. -- UNODA

Whether you support the Founder's intent of the Bill of Rights and the Second Amendment or not, people should protect their nation's sovereignty by denying the ever-increasing tentacles of the United Nations.

The US Senate would have to ratify this "treaty" for it to have jurisdiction in the United States. Would you support adopting UN regulations like this?

    The US needs to denounce the UN, and censure Clinton. The US is a sovereign nation. The UN is a jealous world organization bent on exploiting US wealth. Gun control? Are Islamic terror sponsoring nations being held to the same standard? NO!

    No...that is unconstitutional, abrogation of our rights to foreign entities, and treasonous!!
    Who does she think she is? She does not have the right nor the authority and we not only fight this, but refuse to abide by this. This is "BIG" trouble for us in the near future!

    Over the last few decades the UN has become a joke. For a U.S. leader to suggest giving them any kind of power of this country or it's citizens borders on treason in my opinion.

    Explain how this law and policy will prevent these gangs, pirates, and terrorist from getting weapons? Because the aforemention people are totally going to obey and follow these mandates right? Because measures are already in place but because outlaws don't obey the law it has little effect. Guns, weapons period can ALWAYS be aquired unlawfully and a piece of paper isn't changing that.

    I say let all peoples of all nations have and carry any many kinds of weapons as they want, just like we do here, in the US.

    That way, we won't have to worry about killing them as enemies, as they'll all have enough weapons to kill themselves. Makes sense, right?

    And we Americans can go on doing what we do best...killing each other right here, on our own soil, with the multiple weapons many here already have.

    God Bless America...and let's all kill a commie (or fill in the blank for the bad guy of your choice __________________) for Christ, or God, or whoever you tell us you worship every Sunday in church, for peace.

    Thats what Hillary would love to do. All part of the one government, NWO thing you know. They would have to kill me in order to confiscate my guns. I'm sure they wouldnt mind doing that to me and millions of other ex-law abiding citizens though.

    If the gun control idiots get their way ,, ANY gun acquired in ANY way would be unlawful..

    Unlawful is a word defined by the LAW and the law can be changed at ANY time to make citizens who are law abiding ONE day into criminals the next for doing the exact SAME thing..

    Libya still isn't the best country. And one of the main reasons why they aren't as bad as they used to be is because the U.S. gave the rebels arms.

    It is undergoing a reformation.. Whether or not that takes the form of a tyranny remains to be seen but if History is any indication then it is crystal clear that an ARMED citizenry is their BEST hope to AVOID a tyranny......

    Can't trust this lady as far as you can throw her. She and billy are in this for world control. She is nasty & evil and will sell America down the road without thought. I know not everyone is hip on Republicans but we all had better hope there will be enough Republicans and a few smart Democrats that will put this small arms treaty bill in the trash for EVER. This is a cross roads. If we get on the wrong road we will be living in hell. I don't believe it will ever happen but with the Clintons and the Obamas one can never trust anything.

    This story has been circulating around the net for more than 10 yrs. It is no more valid now than when it was first started - but it does sell guns; I know, I was a gun salesman for 4 of those years. It's written right in the original language of the Constitution; neither the President, his cabinet members nor any of his appointees are authorized to make an international agreement that does not have the 2/3rds support of both the House and Senate. It's time to finally let this crap go dump the toilet for what it is. The UN does not give policy to the US for international compliance unless we agree to it legally and Constitutionally.

    The U.N is a waste of our tax paying money for any effort what so ever. I say we should throw the U.N out of NYC & force them to leave the U.S & establish their own thug gang somewhere else in Europe. Stop funding them & keep all the money here in America.

    The economy was already wrecked; the DEBT ruined the credit rating. They have already made a HUGE impact; that debt ceiling increase? don't look for that to be automatic any more, freakin tax/spend Democrats. Have you noticed how all the bills presented NOW have to be "paid for"; even big spender Obama says his payroll tax extension will be paid for; he never said that before. And that's only 87 out of 535; wait'll we get a couple hundred more; we'll fix it; no more debt. Funny how the Dems have been in charge of spending since 2007 and blame the Tea Party who has only been there 11 months; LOL !!!
