Depends on who is compiling the list of terror suspects.

Our current administration arms Mexican drug cartels and thinks right-wing veterans are terrorists.

Real terrorists...those that target the innocent for violence for political ends should not be sold weapons.

Yes

The key point being 'suspects'. Anyone can be a 'suspect' with absolutely no evidence. It is already illegal for convicted felons to purchase, own, or posses guns. If there is enough evidence to convict, then get on with it. There is no excuse for pre-emptively denying a person's rights.

When you buy any gun, you fill out a form that asks if your a fleeing felon or a mental patient........... so they can just add " are you a terrorist" to the list.

And i am sure that if a terror suspect tries to legally buy arms the back ground check would pop him out.

But everyone here needs to remember taht being a terror suspect is not the same as being a terrorist and until and unless the person is convicted of a crime they should not be denied their 2nd amendment rights.

To do so would give the federal government just teh tool it needs to strip us all of our rights to own guns by simply declairing us all terror suspects. no proff needed no court or jury or redress just a name on a list like the no fly list and bam no one can buy a gun

I think background checks make sense, but apparently even this minor limitation is "Taking our guns" in NRA lingo. They're now pushing no checks or licensing of any kind with license free concealed carry. I'm for 2nd Amendment rights, but I think that's crazy.

If they aren't convicted they aren't convicted. With todays definition of ''Terrorists'' I would hate for a ban of gun possession to hang on such loose language as that which defines a ''Terrorist''. What if because I protested Bilderberg I now can not own a firearm. What If I signed a bill to stop a horrible legislation and as a result earned a terrorist label...? Until we have the definition of ''Terrorist'' all sewn up I will not agree to Removing The Gun Rights Of Individuals Who Have Been Labeled ''Terrorist Suspects''. The SECOND this law is passed a unfathomable number of ''Terrorists'' will pop out of Nowhere.... if you catch my drift.
