Should George Zimmerman return back into custody?

It has been reported that George Zimmerman raised $200,000.00 online supposedly for his defense.
He did not report this to the judge at his bond hearing. Causing his bond to be lower because the judge didn't know of all that money.
Was it fair for Zimmerman to hide this fact from the judge and (Trayvon Martin 02.26.12) the dead victim's family?

Bail Bonds are in place to insure the accused will appear in court,at the required time.Zimmerman is also electrictronic monitored,to insure that he can't jump bail.So I'm not troubled that Zimmerman has 200K in a defense fund.It's all going to end up paying his lawyers fees anyway!

It is the responsibility of the Prosecutor to give a good estimation of the suspect's worth Not the suspect himself. It is totally up to the Judge to decide on the bail.

Why don't you direct that question to the man himself; George Zimmerman. Ask him why he requested a court appointed lawyer, when he had collected monies on his site long before having to turn himself in?

Where does it say he has control over this defense fund? When was it established and what was the level of funding at the time of his incarceration? These are all questions which need to be answered before you can jump to your blatant unreasoned accusation.

Of course not. He should never have been charged in the first place and wouldn't have been if the justice system wasn't influenced by politicians pandering to the mob for votes.

As far as his defense fund I see no connection between that and the amount of bail or his right to have bail set.

To best reported knowledge, and there many or most of MSM that would report, Mister Zimmerman has not been in violation of his bond. He may have the money at present, but the question, did he or his defense counsel know how much he would have a week after the hearing? I think not. So, until something definate is known and reported, leave it lay. Everything else is pure speculation by people with a political agenda or axe to grind.

But he was raising money for his "defense funding" when he went into hiding after the story broke about the killing. Do your homework okay" they will find out exactly when he set that site up and all activity and who donated and how much donated to him. They will find out the folks names and addresses and banks and account numbers; "EVERYTHING"
They will know if family members lied or told the truth that there was no money for his bail if bond was set high. So many questions Zimmerman has to answer about the money trail. Did you know that the parents of Trayvon Martin; can sue Zimmerman right now, for making a profit off the death of their child? "Something for you all to ponder"
