Should freedom of speech have its limits?

They say we have freedom of speech, but we can't say, for example that you're gonna spray paint the white house. So what do you guys think? Should there be a litit of wht you can say?! I want more opinions Please leave comments!

    But yes as in the "you do not yell fire in a theater example". I am very much against PC rules of speech.

    There are certain instances when freedom of speech does have limits libel/defamation/incitement to hatred

    What part of "Congress shall make no law ... abridging the freedom of speech" do people not understand?

    The comparisons of threatening the President, committing perjury or yelling "fire" in a crowded theater have no place in this debate. If you honestly can't see the difference between the right of a person to espouse their beliefs, and inciting panic or threatening people, then you are too stupid for me to spend any time with.

    I would fear the censors much more than the censored. One can turn off, or turn away and offending word, but it is the ones that determine the offending word can not be turned off. And what if you are next to meet the censor? And then what happens?
