We need to stop sending our money to the people that don't support us. I think the only support we should give is to our allies. Unless its some unforeseen disaster. Then just humanitarian aid.

Until the money we are dolling out to foreign countries is not borrowed money, all foreign aid should be halted. Once we are in the black again, aid should be considered on an individual basis. Those who are not truly allies shouldn't get a damned thing from us.

If anyone could watch this video, then read how many countries recieve aid & still hate us or vote against us the majority of the time, would vote to continue foreign aid to them, would be as insane as this foreign aid program & our government is. Check out Kuwait, we saved their butts & their Country and the ingrates vote against us 67% of the time! The stupidity is freightening. Here's a sign for the State Dept;

The most glaring reason is because "foreign aid" should be translated "bribe money". The U.S. is an empire, and it is expensive to maintain loyalty and keep influence.

That's called part of the illusion. It's kinda like the vote in Congress to "shake a finger and scold Obama" about Libya, while voting against the bill to take action to stop involvement in that globalist conquest. They get the money and maintain Empire and can tell their people, "See! See!, we're against the U.S." and lay out a voting record that means nothing in reality.

Why not stop aid to all countries, including Israel. It's economy is booming, plus the Jewish-American Community controls the largest block of capital in this country and can afford to help Israel. Our unconditional aid to Israel is almost $5 billion and all that military hardware each year. Congress votes for this aid and passes it without debate so quietly that there is no news about it ever. This shows how much influence AIPAC, the most powerful lobby in the US, has over our politicians.

Damn right...Foreign aid should be cut. We have enough problems right here at home, and the politicians keep sending our hard earned tax dollars overseas. This continues to be the definition of insanity. At the rate we're going we'll still be the" land of the brave", but add to that the "land of the broke".

I have been saying this for years! Those elected officials are not going to listen. They think they can by friends. Most of those people hate themselves and are incapable of liking us or any other country.

If you have gave and gave for years for some country to be your ally, are they really your ally? How do you know? The mid-east is a hornets nest and we poke it, shake it and probe it. Eliminate all foreign aid except to outsource the "World Cop" job to Israel in the Middle-East, and bring our own troops home, plus cut all funding to Planned Parenthood and other non-essentials, and the budget could be balanced immediately.
