SUSPICIOUS INDEED .. especially given the fact that he was the Duty Sgt .. reading the assignments/daily status updates .. and that the Chick-Fil-A Restaurant Crowd Control (and potential issue of possible law enforcement issues (due to possibility of violence)) were also discussed in HIS Briefing ..
SEEMS to me .. that there's MORE here .. and the SGT might just be the one who was subjected to the problems instead ..

(As someone who has Supervised others .. I'd say there's a REAL Possibility of Insubordination .. at the very least here .. by those he was responsible for during the shift).
