Corporations do not pay the same rate for taxes as compared to individual citizens. For example, many middle class citizens can state that they pay more taxes than General Electric does. General Electric did not pay any taxes last year. Is this tax situation right?

Is it right that YOU pay for their electric service, transportation infrastructure, water infrastructure, and many other public utilitiy infrastructure items?

Most of what most people think of as Loopholes are actually "targeted tax cuts" used to encourage certain behaviors.

I'd be willing to accept a decreased rate if we close loopholes. It's ironic; we have one of the highest official rates in the developed world, but after all the crazy deductions, we have one of the lowest actual rates.
