Should Conservative parents sue tax-funded public schools that try to force leftwing ideology and agendas down their kids' throats, for malpractice as teachers, for mis-use of tax funding, and for violating the civil rights of their kids?

YES, they should sue those schools [comment as you wish].+6Fight fire with fire. Lefties are always using the courts to advance their agendas. We should do likewise.

It should be happening all over the nation.
History (FACTUAL) should be mandatory, even though liberals hate it. Using 'revised' history books should be a felony.
The pledge of allegiance should be mandatory again.
Sadly, every so often they try to slip in some portion of that program anyway. Which is why we've had a big turnover in the School Board.
One parent can't do anything except get their child in trouble.
A class action suit by parents would hit them from a new side and hopefully cause more than just a dent.
