    BOTH SIDES ABSOLUTELY .... !!

    now there is a democratic controlled congress ...so how can the repubs be blamed ?

    well since the house is predominatly republican and they haven't put any job creating bills on the floor, I think it's safe to say that blaming Obama is a ruse.

    OH it is a true statement to say not only is obama not experienced , innept , and a failure in EVERY way ...he has a democratically controlled congress ,,,and they would even pass his budgett ...!

    Congress is almost entirely responsible. Since 2010 and the GOP takeover, they have done nothing other than vote down ever jobs proposal brought to them. When they said they were running on "Jobs, jobs, jobs." the GOP meant ones in the White House, and they wanted them.
