They shouldn't be banned anywhere. American society (as well as a few other societies) is so overly obsessed with genitalia and the sexuality of other people . It’s just plain odd, and rather creepy. It’s as if you people live in a society full of 12 yr old children running around screaming “ew!” and making laws saying "you can't do this and that because of my immaturity".

Of course not, if a woman is attractive and chooses to show it that is her business. If a woman in unsighly and chooses to show it that is her business as well, thank god for dark sunglasses or the ability to avert ones eyes in that case. This is the USA not Yemen or some other middle eastern country where "their women" are covered up.
