A native of Mexico who entered the United States legally with his
parents 16 years ago on a tourist visa, Godinez-Samperio is a graduate
of the Florida State University College of Law, the valedictorian of the Armwood High School class of 2004, an Eagle Scout — and an undocumented immigrant.

He is graduating college, how is it legal for him to even be in school? I have 5 grandsons that are college age, two are able to go to college, the rest had to go into the service and one works 2 jobs to make ends meet...

- Huki68 2012/04/23 13:22:22YesWhy not? He will win this one, at least he didn't waste his time and do bad things... He study hard to get where he is, he is not doing anything wrong, leave him alone and concentrate in the bad that we have enough out there.reply
- turtledove123 2012/04/23 13:15:23UndecidedWell, at least he was a hard working student. It is not any idiot who becomes class valedictorian, now is it? The article also states that the school know he was undocumented when he applied for admission. I wonder why they allowed him admission to the school in the first place. It will be interesting to see what the court decides. I do not know the answer to that. I will not base my answer on prejudice, as that is not right, so I have no clue what they should do.reply
